BLSH&E recognizes that often time is of the essence. As a construction contractor, many situations arise while on the job that may need answers as quickly as possible. For example, is the bearing capacity adequate for the footing/foundation loads? What size beam do I need to replace this bearing wall? Is this connection up to code? And, can I move/change the size of the proposed dry well? Time is money, and I am here to be responsive.

When the issue isn’t as dire as concrete trucks stacked up waiting for an answer on the rebar spacing, BLSH&E is available to consult with you on a myriad of contractor issues. I will review your plan for sufficiency, provide professional engineering certification, address any soil stability issues and compaction requirements, perform any necessary structural design for beams and walls, and if necessary can come to the site to inspect.
