Should your project graduate to “major subdivision” status, you will need to cut in the necessary infrastructure to serve the new lots. The resultant roadway design that will be required is my specialty; I was a highway designer for over 20 years before sliding over to consulting. In conjunction with the standards of RSIS, NJDOT, County and local government oversight, I will prepare the following designs, plans, specifications and estimate as necessary:

• Signing & Striping; Traffic Signalization (if warranted)
• Detour Plans and Maintenance & Protection of Traffic
• Soil Erosion Landscaping and Control
• Cross Sections and Earthwork Summary
• Environmental Plan for Permitting as necessary
Typically a project of such magnitude will require agency review. Comments and Revisions are to be expected and will be addressed accordingly. Subsequent realignments will be discussed with the client prior to proceeding with additional work.
